I was born and raised a Baptist, accepted the Lord when I was ten but fell away during my teenage years. I was married at the age of twenty, drafted into the Army at twenty-three. My wife and I had our one and only child at twenty-four while serving in Germany. After returning home, the pressure of life came upon me very strong. I felt a strong urge to return to church where I felt the prescience of the Lord very strong on me. That prescience is still on me today. It wasn’t until lately, some forty plus so years that I had this urging to minister. The marriage of a man and a woman is a type and shadow of Jesus and the Church. It is a wonderful platform to teach the gospel on a one-to-one basis with an audience.
